What does Siddique Hossain do?
I'm an AI Systems Architect & Automation Consultant. I design and operate AI-powered systems that help healthcare businesses automate patient enquiries, appointment workflows, follow-ups and CRM operations, with human handoff built in.
Who do you work with?
Clinics, dental practices, diagnostic centers and other healthcare service providers that handle many patient enquiries and appointments. I focus on the United States, United Kingdom and Canada and work remotely from Dhaka, Bangladesh. My company, ByteFlow AI Labs, serves broader business automation.
Does your AI diagnose patients or replace clinic staff?
No. The systems handle routine administrative communication, such as common questions, appointment requests and reminders, and pass anything clinical, sensitive or uncertain to your staff. I do not build AI that diagnoses patients or makes clinical decisions.
Are your systems HIPAA or GDPR compliant?
I do not claim that any system is compliant with HIPAA, GDPR or any other regulation by default. I design for data minimization and least-privilege access, and I review the rules that apply to your practice with you before building. Please do not send patient information through this website.
Can you automate WhatsApp enquiries and appointment booking for a clinic?
Yes, this is a core use case. I have built a WhatsApp receptionist with live availability and booking for my own real-estate venture, and an AI reception and live-queue system for a dental clinic client. The exact setup for your clinic depends on WhatsApp Business Platform rules and whether your scheduling system has an API.
What technology do you use?
AI agents and language models, n8n workflows, APIs, PostgreSQL, messaging channels such as WhatsApp, voice providers and CRMs such as EspoCRM. I use plain rule-based automation where it is simpler and more reliable than AI.
What is your track record?
I have completed two jobs on Upwork and four orders on Fiverr, with five-star feedback from the reviews shown on those profiles. I have also built and deployed an AI reception system for a dental clinic client and run my own automation ventures. My public track record is recent and these were mostly small engagements, so I describe each project honestly and publish no outcome numbers I cannot document.
Why not just add a chatbot?
A chatbot on its own rarely saves staff time. The value comes from connecting the conversation to the operational workflow: checking availability, creating CRM records, sending follow-ups and handing off to a person with context.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
I do not publish fixed prices because the scope depends on your systems and workflow. After a short discovery conversation I provide a written scope and estimate.
